Yes, the balance amount in your EZ-Link Wallet can be refunded upon request.
To initiate a refund, please call the EZ-Link customer service hotline at +65 6496 8300 with your EZ-Link account details for our customer service to process your application.
The remaining balance in your EZ-Link Wallet will be refunded back to the local bank account of your choice. Please note that there will be an administrative fee for processing of the refund. The refund process will take up to 21 days.
